The share structure may remain inaccurate until the Q2 financials are revealed. In my opinion, the buyback would involve JR using his new position to manipulate the price down, then have the company purchase shares at the extreme lows.

This actually could play out to be very good or very bad. This may actually be a very intricate plan that could be a blessing in disguise, however it is still very sketchy and risky to implement. Let's hope for the best!
