IMO the reasons why AUCI did not run up on the completion of merger news are possibly 1) they took too long to complete and in the meantime, there were to many speculative emails and news that it was going to be completed in '2 weeks' etc. And secondly, most companies would do a promotion on the merger news so that they can dilute on the run. AUCI did not pump and did not dump either. So we lost, for a good run and won, with no dilution. We still have a good SS here.....and there is a good chance the management has other plans on when to promote their stock....maybe with better and stronger news. I hope so....LOL now IMHO
