Any time a stock takes a nice run as ELTP did, there is going to be a pullback in price. As the price pulls back and the volume begins to dry up, this is usually a sign that the bottom is near. I think we have reached that point and with any news, the stock price should be ready to move higher. This is usually a time to be buying, not selling, as the time for the next move up is near.
