After doing this for a lot of years, It appears to me that WAFR discloses share structures, issuances, and filings more quickly than most.

I'm personally very happy at the information that I've been seeing disclosed, especially in the quarterly statements.

I'm in for the long run, and the numbers I see don't scare me away. They've raised money, but it appears to me that they've done so rationally.
