I will never see the financials, as I am in Germany, and, we will need someone with knowledge to understand it, also, this needs to be done through a shareholder of record, someone with certs, and, all this takes time.

I don't know if it is possible to turn the financials public, if so, they will be public, if not, we will need to respect the law.

It does not require anyone to hold the certs, All it requires is that the shareholder provide proof that they are invested in the stock, also it does not take time if the process is done right and FOLLOWED THRU!
