Make what you will of this but this is only part of my observations.
Someone or some peopel are willing to buy shares but only wanted to buy at a lower price (around 5c) as of last week even though the ask price was at least 2 cents higher.
Since late last week, this person(s) is not willing to buy at a higher price (6 cents)sounds to me like time is of the essence with this person.

Lou, as far as the tape painting, I've noticed that too but I attribute that to furstrated longs giving up their positions and some person(s) having the interest to keep this at a certain minimum price.

All in all it seems to me that less people are willing to sell at such a lower price, forcing the bidders to gradually increase their bid with time in addition to the steady accumulation, albeit gradual since February/March this year.
