vhgier, not business as usual due to recent events;

Scott Haire owned 24,119,730 shares of VHGI stock. Because he resigned on May 25 in obvious anticipation of pending events, all of those shares can be sold into market and are no longer restricted. Add the fact that he is owed over $365,000 through HEB and VHGI still has to pay him rent; business has changed dramatically.
