According to lmcat, the reasons for the chill have all been satisfied so once the slow moving bureaucracy of the govt completes its course, you should be good. but who knows, that could be months. Apparently, the reasons for the chill were satisfied in January/Feb. Your other alternative is to open an account with any other broker to house your SIRG shares
