Nope... It will never resolve the DTCC issue and thus never be acquired. Nobody wants a NON DTCC eligible security.. These will all be deleted when the SEC gets around to it, just like the 379 empty shell securities last month, there will another 200+ eliminated that are NON DTCC eligible securities.
