oh nice.. thanks for letting me know.. I'm not sure how that works IF a company might be doing something with another company, or how it would fit into the game plan.. never had to look anything up along those lines...

Do you have any knowledge of why a company would split to acquire or help a reverse merger with another company? I would love to hear it..
