"The reason I ask is, if Barton didn't have a formal resignation signed by Marchi I don't know how he could have provided a proper filing to Nevada."

First of all Marchi was never legally allowed to become any kind of officer or representative for AimRite Holdings Corp. That I do know.

So Mr. Barton simply had to provide proof that he was the majority owner and Marchi wasn't allowed to represent the comapny. This then would be proper grounds for getting rid of Marchi officially, as far as the NVSOS is concerned. So no need to worry about that.

But it is also possible that in order to avoid any kind of legal prosecution he agreed to sign the papers so things would go smoother. Just a guess right there.

"Did Marchi formally resign or was it simply the case that, as you said, he "abandoned AIMH"?"

Yes he abandoned AIMH just like Morey did. So Barton had to clean up his mess by removing his name from having any affiliations with AIMH, which is still ongoing.

"Any idea why Barton waited months to file the resignation with Nevada?"

Barton is a good guy, and I think him and his associates wanted to make sure everything was done legally. So they have taken their time to make sure every "i" is dotted, and "t" crossed.

"When and how did you become aware that Marchi "abandoned AIMH"?"

I became aware that Marchi had left back in late February. It was then confirmed by a few sources. Marchi wanted to make a quick buck it seems, and when things didn't go his way he wanted nothing to with AIMH and fled.

GO AIMH!
