My question about voting concerning the BOD is ,If you vote NO ,What happens to the merger or formation of the new company ?,if in fact, the BOD was removed.
Most say that's unlikely and that very well could be ,but I am sure that these Directors and management do noy have large percentages of shares ,dating way back. Not rich guys. Sprott owns 14% and theres a couple more institutions that own UK amount of shares but considering that 2/3 of the votes (if that's correct )must be YES votes ,I think the count could be closer than many believe. All speculation.I really have no idea how much of the company ,insiders own and also don't know any good numbers on how many longs here would vote no ,so I'm really looking for answers ,not trying to sway opinions concerning votes.
