These guys are brilliant! Why pay for the NASDAQ market site nonsense if the financing was not in place? Would have been much more savvy to wait for the announcement when financing was in the bank. Stupid move by management IMO. Do they have shareholders best interest in mind? Inquiring minds want to know....
