Purchase of bio-diesel plant which inititated at 60% in May of 2010 and now is updated to 100% as of May 17, 2012 PR is evidence for actual production to begin, soon, as per most recent PR on the subject.

Production and sales of bio-diesel soon expected. No guaranteee, not from the government, not from a bank, not from tax-payers, ... but a statement of intent from W2 Energy. There is a continuity of plan over the last two years, such that revenue is expected soon.
