No, it's good follow through (execution). We knew it was coming, now we just need to wait and see what comes of it.

It sounds like the new entity will be a wholly owned subsidiary of NXOI, but will there be share distribution to shareholders or does NXOI just hold preferred shares? Still need a few answers.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
