Yes DeeDog, no vote turns into a yes vote by proxy. A protest vote no would be purely symbolic. The company more than likely has enough votes already to keep things status quo.

They are doing an excellent job in building us a great company that has enough cash to survive the future for us investors. I think they deserve a "yes" vote!
