LOL, the irrefutable facts I mention remain 100% intact. Nitpicking the semantics of a certain number doesn't change the fact that:

(1) an entire $10 million private placement placement was 100% filled to whales following the NYSE: SAI audit

(2) the $10 million private placement was temporarily increased to accommodate more whale buying to the tun of at least $1.3 million

(3) at least one whale has now hit the open market at significantly higher prices since buying in the private transaction

Nitpicking some detail that nobody gives a piss about doesn't change these irrefutable facts.
