Coach I have been with you on so many things over the past year or so, but I will have to respectfully disagree on this one.

The 10% NET contract has been disclosed by the company. While it does make sense for the company to focus on other aspects of their business, I have yet to find a plausible justification for this contract.

So IMO, they either got played due to their financial desperation, there are additional side deals (paybacks, etc) with the executives or they are just plain dumb.
