RFMK: They will never uplist. Actually, at this stage of the biz cycle, the only real major item is product sales at a sufficient gross margin that when volume is achieved in the future, the company can make a profit. To date, even with all the dilution to raise money has not provided any cash or inventory...per the last financial statement. (They are, of course, way late in the latest Q report, so we have no idea what they say the financial situation might be as of the end of March 2012)
btw: getting audited financials and an uplist is nice in a PR, but has nothing to do with generating revenue, profit....shareholder value.
A concept that "the end justifies the means" may be met with bad karma. ;-)
