I am sooooooooo confused. If this stock is so hot, why is it trading to low?? They own(supposidely)close to 20 banks in california, yet their parent company trades in the 6-7 dollar range, this security that is supposed to be reflecting bank profits and assets is less than a penny on a few hundred dollars on investment money. The past 52 weeks this stock has done nothing and gone nowhere, yet here we are talking about missing a golden opportunity. Please help if you can, dying to see what I am missing..............................
