Legal action and looking at the books are not the same thing. ANY shareholder can REQUEST to look at the companies books if they follow the RIGHT procedure. As far as legal action, you can not take legal action as a plaintiff if you have not suffered a LOSS on your investment, in other words if your green then you have no case, if your red talk to a lawyer.
