Can I as none shareholders put Val in jail for failure to obtain funding within a subjective timeline? He PR’ed some stuff with the expectation of having funding to fore fill the content of his PR’s, and it has been ex amount of time and nothing has gotten done. As a none shareholder, can I sue the living crap out of him?

Either way, I'm not going to shut up until I can prove that Val released his PR's with the intention of scamming me, a none investor.
