It's simple math Jotuk. CADE converts the preferred shares AFTER the REVERSE SPLIT. Preferred shares are issued with a set amount that each one can be converted to in commons. The Reverse SPlit does NOT effect the number of converted shares as they are converted AFTER the REVERSE SPLIT!!!

It is simple math and CADE will then own almost all of the common shares and most of us will NEVER see a pps that gets us to a breakeven point!!
