So you believe CADE doesn't care if he owns AFPW? That he started the company and has no desire to own it after he gets big contracts with Air FOrce? You really think everyone here believes that? LOL LOL LOL Why does he own preferred shares then? And you do realize they can be converted to commons don't you? Do you understand how that works?

He DILUTES and builds company while using NONE of his own money. He then completes a REVERSE SPLIT of probably 100 to 1 and then when the common share total is much lower he converts his preferred and then owns 90% or more while paying NOTHING for them. Oh.....by the way, your shares will be almost worthless as you will own so few agaisnt CADE's new millions that even if the price goes to several pennies, you will have almost nothing!!
