I find it interesting that not one single person here can give a good explanation as to how 10% NET (and NET is key) is a good deal. 10% GROSS is a terrible deal, NET is out of this world. The pumpiest of pumpy does not say how this could possibly benefit these guys.

OK... so they got 250k up front. The ONLY explanation I have that is legal is that they were so desperate for money that they sold their soul to the devil. Based on the other spending they were doing, I just don't see how that is possible.The other explanations probably have some criminal aspects.
