Here is my take on whats going on..

Jbi is very quietly going about there business because the heavy scrutiny and to avoid more road blocks that may occur by discussing how the company is evolving.

Once the first Rkt site is completely finished it will be announced and I do believe they are and have been working on it. I don't think we hear any progress we just see finished results and it will continue to be that way till jbi settles with the sec. When the first site is complete and only then it will be pr'd and overnight we are trading 200,300 maybe 500% higher.

I also believe it will be finished alot sooner than most of the opinions I have seen. This is all my opinion and I have basicly been wrong with all my Jbi forecasts up to this point but believe that will change.

Btw I would forget about the idea that permits for the first site would be made public just cause if its public knowledge you could expect people to find a way to delay the first site. IMO
