There are hundreds of thousands of retail investors who have been caught in an SEC Suspended stock, including me, so you're not alone, Matisse.

Our job is to use a Hubble-sized microscope to examine every available detail of a stock. If the stock doesn't report Financials or other material events that can be vetted it is advisable to not become a long holder in that stock.
