Because at this stage, our "investors" are still made up of iHub and the penny stock trading community. They're used to jumping in and then jumping out immediately after news, before the ship sinks. ICPA though, is well constructed vessel and will sail to it's destination which is NASDAQ island.

Once we begin getting the attention of investors who haven't been tainted by iHub and penny stocks, they'll see what a gem this is and be clamoring to pick up at such a cheap price. Those investors are coming soon. Clear Channel PR will bring the bulk. Even Punch TV will bring several. I'm sure they have many followers who have wanted to invest in them already and once it's announced that they now have a way to do that, we'll be seeing them buying up as well. All IMO.
