Sturm und Drang Conclusion and Open Ends?
So, after all the turbulence of the last two days, I was wondering where we are. Or rather, I know where I think we are, but I would greatly appreciate anyone's critique of, additions to, or subtractions from where I think we are.
1. What is the relationship between the Cactus Drilling entity associated with Dan Lloyd, Jr., and the Cactus Drilling entities associated with Kaiser-Francis Oil ("K-F Oil")?
2. Does Dan Lloyd, Jr., as an individual or Superior Oil & Gas ("SIOR") as an entity claim any relationship with the Cactus Drilling entities associated with K-F Oil?
By way of background, we appear to have gotten here because Mr. Lloyd's LinkedIn page (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/dan-lloyd-jr/2/756/361) lists him as Director at Cactus Drilling Co. and Director at Cactus Drilling Co., of Oklahoma. I've not seen any proof of it, but someone claimed that the LinkedIn page previously also listed "Director of Operations" at Cactus Drilling LLC (i.e., the K-F Oil entity). A screenshot of the current LinkedIn page appears below, but that is no guarantee of what the page previously said. There also are claims about Mr. Lloyd's Facebook page connecting to a Cactus Drilling in New York, but I could not confirm those claims (i.e., when I went to the Facebook links, there was no New York reference).
In addition, some IHUB posters (but not SIOR or Mr. Lloyd, as far as I am aware) claimed that the relationship with Cactus Drilling LLC (i.e., the K-F Oil entity) would help SIOR with its drilling program. The similarity in names may have caused some of the confusion:
1. Cactus Drilling Co. of Oklahoma (incorporated 02/12/1998, No. 1900598811, registered agent: Gayla McCoy)
2. Cactus Drilling Company, L.L.C. (formed 05/31/2002, No. 3500690455, registered agent Frederic Dorwart)
3. Cactus Drilling Corporation of Texas, Inc. (incorporated 11/25/1992, No. 1900518664, registered agent Frederic Dorwart)
Mr. Dorwart is a Tulsa attorney connected with the Kaiser family and K-F Oil. Ms. McCoy is SIOR's secretary and treasurer.
