So it looks like Joesph Canouse still says that the money that was given to Mineseeker was a loan. I guess, if you can call a duck-a flamingo...but it doesn't mean it's the truth...

Joey says the the money that Mineseeker received was "loaned"...but he sent out an e-mail to be distributed through his "Back-door E-Mail Service" with amounts of monies transferred to Minseeker. These amounts were regurgitated here on June 1, 2012 (Post #256774)

the document says total mineseeker and a amount
next line says total loan receivables

so here are the amounts loaned to mineseeker with each date listed.

Here is a copy of the Option and Share Purchase Agreement between Quasar Aerospace and Minseeker, where Dean Bradley who was the CEO of Quasar and Mike Kendrick from Minseeker, both signed the agreement.

You can see that the numbers that Joey gave, match most the numbers that were on Page Two of the Agreement...no disputing that Minseeker received money, as per the agreement.

On Page Three it is plain, that the money that was paid (aggregate sum) is non-refundable...as was agreed upon by both parties.

How is it Joey can lay claim to this money that was paid and forfeited due to Quasar Areospace not honouring their side of the Option and Share Purchase Agreement?

On Joey's document that he provided...Delta Airlines are on that "Loan Receivable" list for a total of $11,933.40!!! Can some one check to see if Joey started court proceeding to recover that money...please?
