There has been dilution before the news and maybe on the day it ran and some other days too. But in the recent days, with vol being at this low level, no dilution. Most penny stocks, survive their business with dilution. As long as dilution is not their only motive for being around. If they carry out the plans they promise shareholders, then I am fine normally. JIMO.
