The SEC is after Scott Haire and what he's done with his position in Wound Management. And they have now already got him in.

As long as there is no evidence and he doesn't admit to implementing anything similarly illegal in VHGI solely or together with other Management members during his former position time then the SEC will not cause any disruption to VHGI's ongoing business.

We will know very soon. Let's hope this problem is avoided.
