I had the same problem earlier today with a buy limit up to .0046. It should have filled all the way up to there. Instead, it stopped at .0044 and took forever to fill.

Your orders are supposed to get filled ASAP. It isn't necessarily to your favor to get a lower price, because if the other buy orders were filled properly along with yours, pps would probably be higher right now. Now I am starting to suspect that MM's are keeping the price contained... for whatever reason...
