It is certainly a patience play! You have to have more patience than anyone I know. Or you have to be over your head and don't want to sell for a loss so you have no choice.

I love the word imminent - still to this day whenever I hear it I cannot help but to think of what a cluster it was when MMTE used it! I heard it just the other day and couldn't help but to get a big grin.

History does in fact repeat itself.
