Lucas - Not only are we in Costco trading under a penny, the product is selling. Company said in a filing with the SEC that they are getting orders EVERY DAY and that shipments have started. Additionally, we have two reviews of the product on the Costco site.

And, Costco has agreed to promote the product starting today.

A credit line in place - $750K

Large Orders in the cover most of the monthly overhead thru end of year (outlined in the SEC 8K filing)

European order pending (also filed with the SEC)

Big debt retirements

100 mm dilutive warrants cancelled.
