Regardless of whether or not they are dark or not, unless they are going to do it completely illegally, they HAVE to file an amendment that with the State of Delaware...so if they are doing it legally, and I and others monitor the A/S with the Delaware, then IF they increased the A/S, we would know.

But what about my second point, even 100M at .05 gives them $5M..and IF they even did that, the fact that 100M shares are flooding the market would mean that the pps would start to fall immediately, so they wouldn't even be getting .05 for all 100M shares...bottom line, I'd think these guys have better ways of making their millions.

To me, and maybe I'm wrong, I'd be more concerned if they pumped this thing up to $1, and then magically millions of new shares appeared to be dumped on the market...then someone would be making mega millions...but at .05??? Just makes no sense, but maybe I'm wrong.
