With respect IMO to your opinion every situation has two sides of the story.

IMO any shareholder, past, present and most importantly future are legitimate shareholders.

The odds are the largest shareholders are the ones demanding answers to serious questions about how this company has been driven into ground in a year. They have the right if answers are not coming forthright from CEO.

Most that cover over what is obvious many dont want to rock the boat thinking a message board has impact of running a succesful Company, therby hurting SP. IT HAS ZERO impact in the scheme of things.

The only time the message boards have an effect is when A CEO of a Public Company with IPO a touch over a year ago, sends a PR out for entire trading media to see A CEO meltdown talking about being bullied and thats the cause of all the issues of demize of this Company. Still cant believe HOWARD had to add that to a PR...
All legitimate shareholders should be furious after all these months of proven deception in PRs, that this is what we get. Howard chose to add this ,was not encouraged to do so, just shows skills of running a public company, and that IMO has had the largest impact on whats happened to PHAR, not the message board.

This boards opinions come from legitimate shareholders in a free society,, but fact is MOST all own shares. Doesnt do HOWARD/PHARs situation any good at present.. HOWARD ADDRESSED the wrong group if he wants the world to know 4 or 5 disgruntled shareholders brought this company to its point now... His PR should be after those that have NEW money but whose DD must result in truth and facts. Could have handled temper tantrum off microphone so to speak through letter/web/or CC to CURRENT shareholders. Left PR to speak of corrective measures and current plans...
