What is happening here? ALTO

What has happend to ALTO? I can't really tell. A year ago, the company appeared to be on a major roll to sucess. Now, it seems to me (as far as I can tell) some sort of Accountant is the only employee after dismissing everyone to save money and it is going nowhere. Seems like some officials should review what is going on to see if this is a con and a major rip off to the public. If someone can provide info. I am unaware of please reply to this post.
