So obviously this patent is somehow related to 216 and they are trying to piggy back off the approval of 216 and have recently re-opened it. I would imagine this was also brought up during their meeting with the examiner prior to 216 approval.

What exactly is this patent and how is it different then 216? Is this 154 that they were mainly pursuing in Europe?

Did anyone see the big news story yesterday talking about all the young people who were addicted to heavy pain meds and now that they are having a harder time getting them, they have turned to heroin instead? Pretty sad, hopefully 216 will help that problem in the near future.
