a) Capital commitments
As of March 31, 2012, the Company had outstanding capital expenditure commitments on construction contracts of approximately RMB16 million, equivalent to approximate USD$2.6 million.
b) Operating lease commitments
The following table summarizes the approximate future minimum rental payments under non-cancelable operating leases in effect as of March 31, 2012:
