Brazil seeks to establish semi industry

MANHASSET, N.Y. — Brazilian authorities will announce Wednesday plans to establish a semiconductor industry in the state of Minas Gerais, where a technology park spanning 990 acres is being dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing and design.
