I notice you are one of the more experienced individuals around these boards. I find the issues you raise in your post valid. I assume you have been investing for many years?

I see a third possibility with UNGS in the area of real-estate accumulation. The company might be intended as nothing more than a "cardboard-front" to simulate the appearance of a legitimate enterprise while accumulating as much land as possible at shareholder's expense. I recall Wayne began as a podiatrist...or could it have been a proctologist? In light of current circumstances...one might be leaning toward choice #2. I believe Wayne was in Real Estate just before UNGS, and Jim is alleged to have some land or development deals going. So the main plan might be to accumulate land. Actual details seem unclear. I don't believe a "friggin" word I hear on these boards without substantive confirmation. One expects to hear plenty of speculation, and some views seem rather twisted. Sorting fact from fiction takes a lot of work.

I have not heard any concrete details yet about the character of the Anderson "executives" from anyone who personally knows them so I have no real compass for guidance. I am limited to forming an opinion about them based upon their behaviors....So they are not looking too tall these days. I sympathize with the frustrations of everyone on this board.

UNGS is poised to be an asset during tax-season if one needs the benefit of loss declarations. They fooled me...I actually felt they might be serious players at one point. Why did they spend an entire year getting their infrastructure together? That's a move one makes to prepare for a sale or to increase production. Remember a proposed sale of partial assets a few years ago to help clear their 1.78 million debt obligation? The deal apparently collapsed so they issued more than a billion shares instead.

The closing of my last post should have been, "Life can be heaven or hell...which way are we headed?" ...Without corporate guidance there can be no real certainty...And even then...who really knows in Pinkie-land?

Time will tell the real story. Your response is appreciated, thanks.

Best Wishes
