Thanks! Yes it was quite a day over there, but I take no pleasure whatsoever in telling those guys what's really happening with their company and the bad management. I suspect they are a great bunch of guys, but ultimately the onus is on them to do the DD and ask the hard questions while demanding truthful answers from the people who run the company.
Anyhow, what's happening here? Seems like a much happier board.
