If u don't like the word cost cutting, how about efficiency?

I will say what bothers me the most about the posters who prefer to ensure we see their negativity is that is so vocabulary emphasized.
Example: I state that "institutional investors" hold major stake in mslp and people go and search for what their brokerage says....so I had to restate with "groups".... People come up with .04%? Are you kidding me.....

Now it's we say it's a cost cutting measure to modify cerifications and if somebody doesn't see the actual cut within a couple months they will claim another lie! It may cut cost immediately, but it most dwfinitely will down the road......so let's go with the word "efficiency" starting now! Why do you think they are making changes to website???efficiency! Point of sale! The face of a global company!

Retail longs stay focused on business mentality and numbers!
