Yeah exactly from aN investor standpoint there won't be out of nowhere those huge chunk sales you can never figure out.... absolutely awesome .. that is so absolutely smart when thinking about your shareholders... I absolutely could not be happier that was the number 1 thing I wanted to hear... yeah we someone to punch tv was coming... but share structure no dilution... sellers are locked...... I am absolutely floored... you never never never see that
