A simple definition of a penny stock is a stock that is trading under a buck (IE: when the PPS is stated in cents, not dollars). Predictions when CUAU will get there?

The "no brainer" part is that when you take a look at the current market cap, it's not too difficult to figure out the company is grossly overvalued.

Current O/S = 59,657,521.

Is this company really worth $60 million???
