Assuming some shares to repay debt, be they Ironridge or otherwise, do become shares for sale, I am curious:

1) What % of issued shares are indeed sold within months vs. kept for investment?
2) With daily volume of 300,000 shares, how long does it take to go through a million shares of overhang? In other words, for all those who are sure on a daily basis that sellers are recipients of diluting shares, what is the average % of daily volume they represent?
