Did he take the job at cdex on contract, and keep his MOTT job???

I assumed he was full-time* at cdex! OK, I know .. should never assume anything!

*Well ... you know what I mean ... I assumed he was a full time BOARD member, putting all his insight to work to make the company sparkle and shine.
