Disheartning to say the least.
All kinds of excuses from top to bottem. "The feds cannot move unless they get a call from the governor", thats one of my favorites.
But I ask in all due respect? If it were not a huricane/flood, but a terrorist neuclear attack on the governers mansion while HE/SHE was at home?
Well according to those in the know, the feds would be off the hook, our illustrious Homland Security Director could exclaim, 5 days later, he was unaware of the situation.

I think we need someone like Gen, Bill Donovan and the OSS of old. Time to get rid of the patronage, the big money's interest who has no real concern for this nation OR the people therein.
