I have exactly the same thoughts,
I for 1, am not going to spend
enourmous time trying to figure
out how to structure the deal and
how THey "should: do it.... i do not have a degree
in Corporate Finance, just a minor in Financial trading.,,,
and so i dont get paid to structure these deals,
i get paid to TRADE.....

so chris,,,,

JUST DO IT and make your
shareholders MONEY,,,


the more they try complex arrangements,
the less chances that the SEC or the
koreans will accept it

PPS = Revenue divided by FLoat

i think thats rite.....
